The Backyard Discovery Argentine Santa Maria XL grill is designed for wood fire or charcoal cooking. Its grill grates adjust in height, and the stainless steel asado clamp offers seven positions with 360 degree rotation.
The grill has a brasero firebox, refractory fire bricks, ceramic fire-insulated side walls, acacia wood accents, a lower storage rack, and an included coal shovel and cover.
